The management of Absolute Projects (India) Limited, firmly believes that, high standards of health and safety are mandatory for sustainable growth of the organization and its people and is committed to providing a safe and healthy workplace for all employees in both their construction work sites and manufacturing unit, as also, preventing any accidents, injury and/or ill health of its employees, labour contractors, and their workforce.
While implementing the safety policy in accordance with applicable statutory requirements, safety and health regulations, the organizations is committed to
- Incorporating health and safety considerations while taking all operational decisions.
- Imparting periodic training, encompassing emergency and crisis management as also promoting awareness among employees, labour contractors and their workforce with the aim to nurture a safety culture in the organization.
- Targeting zero harm and zero lost time because of injuries by establishing clear cut accountability.
- Investing in required equipment with an aim to minimize and/or eliminate occupational health and safety risks.
- Ensuring that the safety policy is readily available to all employees and stakeholders.
- Periodic planning and monitoring of the organization’s health and safety performance, identifying errors, and ensuring that corrective actions are implemented immediately.
- Reviewing the policy every alternate year and as and when necessary.
