Mr. Ranjeet is the Chairman & Founding Director, of Absolute Projects (India) Ltd., he has lead the Company from front and under his vision the Company has achieved newer heights. Mr. Ola holds a vast experience of 3 decades of Engineering and Civil Construction works in Power related infrastructure projects, he possesses a unique expertise in both manufacturing and project execution and has successfully managed projects for top-tier clients such as NTPC, PGCIL, REL, IOC, Tata Power, ABB, L&T, Siemens, BSES and more. Specializing in electrical control panel design, engineering, site planning, and Trunkey contract execution.
Mr. Deependra, is the whole time Director & CEO at Absolute Projects (India) Ltd. He is a dynamic professional with a strong foundation in Electrical Engineering . A results-driven leader, he combines technical expertise sharp business acumen, having gained extensive hands-on experience in project execution and manufacturing . He started his career early in 2003 as a Director with Ultima Switchgears Ltd. and has held roles such as Site Coordinator to Project Supervisor till September, 2011, Mr Ola has consistently inspired and motivated teams and accepted bigger roles and opportunities at APIL, after joining the company in September, 2011 , he has been instrumental in driving APIL’s growth , showcasing an entrepreneurial spirit, strategic vision, and an unwavering commitment to excellence in all aspects of the business.
Dr. Monika, is a Executive Director at Absolute Projects (India) Ltd., who joined the Board on August, 2018 as an Executive Director. She is an accomplished professional with an extensive experience in internal management of project & Manpower planning. She has been instrumental in overseeing the company’s day-to-day operations, focusing on optimizing efficiency and seamless execution. Her strategic vision and leadership have played a key role in improving workflows, fostering a productive environment, and driving the company’s success. Dr. Bhukar has always ensured that projects align with organizational goals while maintaining the highest standards of operational excellence.
Mr. M.S. Kala is a Non-Executive Independent Director of Absolute Projects (India) Ltd. and a distinguished former IAS officer posted in Rajasthan with an extensive career in public administration. His career started in 1982 as an under training officer and was subsequently promoted to spearhead various government departments during his service tenure of 28 years. He brings a wealth of experience in governance, policy-making, and strategic planning. His deep understanding of government processes and regulatory frameworks adds significant value to the company’s management and decision-making. As an independent director, Mr. Kala provides valuable insights, ensuring transparency, strategic direction, and operational excellence. His expertise in liasioning and leadership continue to play a crucial role in shaping the company’s growth and long-term success.
Dr Madhav Singh is a practicing doctor by profession and also a social worker, a debater and a human resource management coordinator. He was an Independent Director on the Board of Oil and Natural Gas Corporation, a Maharatna Company of Government of India from 02nd February, 2022 till 24th January, 2025. He acquired his graduation degree from Maharaja College Jaipur (Rajasthan University), where he held various posts in student union. He was also a NCC cadet during his student life. Dr. Singh completed his MBBS degree from SMS Medical College Jaipur. As a professional doctor, he served in various hospitals of Delhi. In 1991, Dr Singh joined Government Service in Rajasthan and after serving 11 years, took voluntary retirement from service in 2002. Subsequently, he settled in Shrimadhopur (Sikar) and has been actively involved in social services by providing medical services to underprivileged people.
Mr. Brajendra Kumar is a Non-Executive Independent Director of the Absolute Projects (India) Ltd. 36 year Power Industry experience from Junior level (Junior Engineer) to Senior level (Superintending Engineer) in Rajasthan State Electricity Board and Ajmer Vidyut Vitran Nigam Ltd.( Ajmer Discom after unbundling of RSEB) . Involved with different projects, its planning, monitoring, execution and finalization. Workshop for DPR preparation, field execution, supervision and monitoring. Associated with imparting classroom as well as field training of J En & AENs, Audit wing and technical employees. Distribution of electricity along with O&M, Electricity Distribution Infra Projects, Preparation of Schemes for New and System Improvement work and its implementations. Erection of lines and grid sub- station work up to 33 KV system to achieve the quality of supply, reduce the AT&C losses and improve the financial health of the wing. DPR Preparations, implementation, monitoring and closure of the CSS scheme. Turnkey work formulation and implementations, Specification finalization’s, planning & procurement of materials and Management of Materials for the Discom as per requirement for completion of the desired goal. • Distribution Franchisee models (DF & MBC), its implementations .Renewable Energy ( Solar ) application in Distribution to meet out the ag consumers demand for day hours supply and to generate income, to meet out the ag connection demand. Associated in DPR preparation, implementation and monitoring of feeder renovation program, Central Sponsored RGGVY, DDUGJY, Saubhagya & RDSS schemes and KUSUM A&C Schemes.
Mr. Raman Rastogi has been associated with the Company since November 2024 and serves as the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer . With his strong expertise in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and secretarial functions, Mr. Rastogi has played a pivotal role in strengthening the Company’s compliance framework. His strategic insights and meticulous approach have significantly contributed to ensuring transparency, statutory compliance, and effective board processes within the organization.
Mr. Saumya Kanta Dash is a member of the institute of chartered Accountants of India, and has been associated with the Company from the year 2010 and has been the part of the Financial Operations since then, under his helm the turnover of the Company has increased 3-fold.
Mr. Tarun Sarkar is an experienced Procurement Manager who has joined Absolute projects as DGM- Materials Procurement in 2016 before joining our organization he has served Indian Air Force as a non-flying technical officer for 17 years. He holds a proven track record in optimizing procurement processes and driving cost-effective solutions for organizations. With a deep understanding of supplier negotiation, strategic sourcing, and inventory management, Mr. Tarun excels in ensuring that raw materials are procured at the best value without compromising on quality. His expertise includes managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and monitoring supply chain performance. Known for his strong analytical skills and attention to detail, he has successfully streamlined procurement operations, improved operational efficiency, and contributed to the overall profitability of the organizations he has worked with.
Mr. Danveer Singh is an experienced accounting and taxation professional who has joined Absolute projects as an Accounts Executive in 2010 and since then he has held several positions with in Accounts Department and currently he leads financial operations, and strategic financial planning, ensuring compliance. With expertise in direct and indirect taxation, internal controls, and risk mitigation, he contributes to the organization’s financial stability and growth. Mr. Danveer excels in collaboration across departments, streamlining processes and enhancing operational efficiency. Known for his attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and commitment to professional development, he plays a crucial role in driving the company’s financial strategy and maintaining its financial health.
Mr. Susanta Pradhan is a skilled professional serving as the Manager of Human Resources and Administration since 2011. He holds a strong background in HR management and is responsible for overseeing employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and administrative functions within the organization. Mr. Susanta plays a key role in shaping HR strategies that promote a positive work culture, enhance employee engagement, and support organizational growth. He manages day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, training, and compliance with labor laws. Additionally, Susanta is responsible for optimizing administrative processes, ensuring smooth office operations, and fostering a productive and efficient work environment. His leadership and proactive approach contribute to the organization's success in managing its human capital and creating a conducive workplace.
Mr. Mahesh Ola is an experienced professional serving as the Operations and Factory Head. He oversees the operational efficiency and management of projects. His responsibilities include setting up of project sites, streamlining production workflows, ensuring cost-effectiveness, and maintaining high standards of quality across all factory operations.
Mr. Mahesh is tasked with managing the day-to-day activities of our Roorkee factory, including overseeing staffing, inventory management, supply chain coordination, and implementing best practices for safety and compliance. His leadership ensures that production goals are met on time and within budget, while driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall performance.
With a rich experience in operations management, Mahesh plays a critical role in optimizing factory performance, improving productivity, and ensuring that all operations align with the company’s strategic objectives.
Mr. Subhash Chandra is an Engineering Graduate, B.Tech (EE) and has been associated with the Company from 2007. He holds wide experience in Project monitoring and execution. He is strong pillar of our company upon which we have executed turnkey projects effectively and efficiently.
